What Does the following chest X-ray Indicate?

Had an xray yesterday the impression was this: few subtle nodular opacities in the periphery of the upper left lung.. Had tb history in 2009 . It s just too hot lately and so i would have sweats at night , really hotter today . I also felt those opacities would be seen as i started working out and im getting muscle pain on my back , i dont have anything but that night sweats though like for three or so
